My name is Sean Steven Russell, and I am a 32 year old “Leo”. I was born and raised in various small country towns along the Southern border of Oklahoma. I believe a man’s word is his bond and a hard day’s work always pays off. I enjoy animals, sunsets, and all types of music, but, typically the older stuff. I have a great sense of humor and I’ve never met a person I couldn’t find something good in.

I believe every heads has its tails and my biggest pet peeve has to be hypocrites. I have been in the army and studied the “martial arts” but now, I’m into holistic health. It’s my belief that the mind and body are very powerful things and it would do us well to take care of our mind and even spoil them from time to time. I suppose that’s why I enjoy transcendental meditation as well as receiving and giving massages.
